Bought this Crystal UHD Smart TV andt loved it the moment I opened it. The design is slick. The display of screen is one of the best I’ve experienced if not the best. The tv stand is strong, it does not wiggle or move. Moving from different features/apps is smooth when using the remote. I really love the remote as it is easy to hold and use compare to other remote I’ve used. Overall, this is the best Smart TV I’ve bought. Loved it. Worth it.

TV arrived broken, replacement process is horrible

I purchased the TV on the Samsung shop app and I added the professional TV mounting. When it arrived and as soon as the technicians got it out of the box, I saw that it was broken! The screen is broken and big part of the glass is shattered as shown in the pictures! And it doesn’t function at all. I was really disappointed but actually the wasn’t the worst part, the worst part was about to start. The technicians told me to keep the TV and someone from Samsung will contact me to send me the replacement. A day has passed and no one contacted me! I called them myself 4 times (total of 1 hour&half on the phone), two of them they disconnected me. Horrible customer service! One of them blamed it on the delivery company which by the way it’s an unknown 3rd party company. And another one said the replacement process could take a while. So now I am STILL WAITING, not knowing what’s gonna happen and have a huge broken TV in my living room with a HUGE box that is blocking most of my living room and who knows how long it will be. This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Never buying again from them!

The best tv ever owned

I bought it for my game room after seeing the one at my daughters house. I was very impressed with picture quality and the way games played on it. It didn’t hurt that it came with all of the Samsung channels (love them). As a result, I now have a 50” in the living room and the master bedroom. My wife insisted on one for her in the bedroom because of the ease of using the apps. I’m looking forward to a long relationship with Samsung.

It feels like you are in the picture

I love this tv. It is so realistic. You can literally see the individual hairs in the animals. It’s crystal clear, great sound and a lot of free channels. It was super easy to set up as well. It is a great price for a top of the live 75” tv. I would buy no other brand.

Good image quality, not user friendly remote contr

I use this TV at home. Image quality is good. It sometimes takes a lot of time to stream information from the WiFi, or just doesn’t pick it up at times. I know is not the internet signal because I have tried with a different TV at the same time and the second unit doesn’t show any issues. Finally, the remote control could be more user friendly when it comes to streaming, or at least I find Roku’s easier to manipulate.

stay away from Samsung

Stay away from this company by all means. Bought a new TV from Walmart while we were out of town, came back home installed the tv and out if the box the tv would not respond to the remote. I called customer service and they sent a remote but i told them if a universal remote wouldn’t work then its not a remote problem. They sent out some techs and it wasn’t the remote nor the IR sensors on the TV the TV has a wiring problem. they are going to have to order the part and return to fix it. i called customer service and asked could they just replace this Tv because its brand new, they said no they could repair it. i asked could the warranty be extending due to the fact that they are already repairing it right out of the box, again they said no. Any company who wont stand by their product right out of the box doesn’t need any more of my business moving forward. if this unit already has an issue like this what will happen in a year when the warranty is gone?

No, I do not recommend this product.

Our new Samsung TV is great.

Everything looks great on the tv, the two only things that I noticed on this model is the volume is a little lower than our previous Samsung tv even though I played with all the settings it’s still like a minus five volume lower. The other thing on this model design the stand are on the side and not in the middle that will easily fit our small tv stand so I have to buy a separate stand for it that I can mount on the middle of the tv. Other than that everything is good.

This TV has a great picture & easy to use functionality. Getting it set up & connected to our home internet was simple. We went from an older 42″ Samsung plasma TV to this one & have found the quality to be unrivaled.

HORRIBLE

I bought this TV brand new and 18 days later just started turning itself on and off. Not working. Contacted smasung (since best buy only allows 15 day returns) and a week and a half later I get someone out and try to replace the entire mother board (which is more in parts then the actual tv). And it’s still not working. Still trying to figure out next steps 3 weeks later. HORRIBLE!

No, I do not recommend this product.

TV FREEZES AND RANDOMLY SHUTS OFF

I’m never buying a Samsung again, I bought a 65” and a 55” of this model – literally the worst TVs I’ve ever had. So disappointed I bought into the hype that Samsungrg is the best, it is absolutely the worst.
